Ashtrom Properties, in partnership with Shikun Binui, initiated, built and currently manages the Government Complex Mall in Be'er Sheva. Known as "Be'er Sheva's Outlet," the property spans approximately 9,000 sqm and attracts around 10,000 shoppers daily.
An Outlet in the Heart of Be'er Sheva
The outlet complex spans approximately 9,000 sqm in downtown Beer Sheva, offering a diverse selection of chains, stores, and brands. Above the mall is the government building, which houses 13 government offices and a courthouse.
Designed by architects Ruth Lahav, Tony Rigg, and Len Warshaw, this post-modernist building won the David Azrieli Prize for Urban Planning in 2005.
