An Advanced Logistic Complex

The logistics complex covers an area of approximately 7,000 sqm and includes three separate buildings, as well as parking areas. The buildings are leased as storage and logistics areas to leading manufacturing companies. 

The complex manages the entire logistics chain, from port container collection and unloading, to advanced storage and management with cutting-edge warehouse systems, culminating in product distribution to stores and private customers. In the near future, a terminal complex of Israel Railways is expected to open next to the complex. 

 

In line with Ashtrom Properties' commitment to sustainability, solar panels have been installed on the flat roofs of the complex to generate green energy.
