Food Production Logistics Hub 

The logistics complex covers two adjacent lots with a total area of approximately 14,500 sqm, on which two industrial buildings of approximately 7,000 sqm each were built. The buildings are leased as industrial, storage, and logistics areas to different food companies.

The complex is located in the western industrial area of Beit Shemesh, south of Road No. 38, providing easy access to Road No. 1 and enabling fast and efficient distribution across the country.

As part of Ashtrom Properties' vision to create a sustainable environment, solar panels were installed on the flat roof of the complex to produce green energy.
