A Logistics Center for Traditional Industry Companies

The logistics complex covers an area of approximately 5,200 sqm and includes two central buildings. The buildings are leased as industrial, storage, and logistics areas to different companies in the traditional industry sector.

The complex is located in the southern industrial area of the city, near Yitzhak Rabin  and Bar-Lev Boulevards, close to Highway 4. The proximity to Ashdod Port makes the area highly sought after, providing easy access for receiving and shipping containers beyond Israel's borders.
