On a 12-dunam plot in the southern part of Bat Yam, Ashstrom Properties, in partnership with Dan Real Estate, is constructing an innovative complex. The complex will feature two residential towers covering over 21,000 sqm, offering 228 housing units for sale. Additionally, the complex will include an office tower spanning 40,000 sqm, along with a commercial floor at street level featuring shops, cafes, and restaurants. The project also includes 18,000 sqm construction rights for special housing.

The project will be built on a site located near the Sea Park neighborhood and a short distance from the beach. The architectural design is being handled by Moshe Tzur Architects, one of Israel's leading firms.
