Ashtrom Properties’ first transaction in the UK was in 2018, with the purchase of two iconic office buildings, Exchange Flags, in Liverpool's CBD. Today, the company owns and manages five properties in urban centers including Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, and Birmingham, totaling approximately 92,000 sqm.
